how we work
Our approach simplifies the renovation with a single set of hands on the design from concept through construction. We work with your preferred contractor to bring the design to life, and help to coordinate the process from start to finish. From the design concept & budget to the purchasing of finish materials, we are here to serve as the home owner’s advocate & liaison throughout the building process.
step one : the design phase
The initial design phase is one of our favorite stages in the process. We specialize in communicating our design ideas in a way that is both easy to understand & envision. From conceptual drawings to digital finish boards, we use creative tools to help facilitate each design discussion.
step two : the build phase
After finalizing your design concept & fine tuning our drawings, we will price the project using your trusted contractor. We are happy to partner with whomever you prefer to get the job done! Before beginning, we work with the build team to prepare a firm budget based on the projected scope. As the project progresses, we manage the selection, purchasing & installation of specified fixtures.
